Srinagar, Feb 03 (KNO): The Appointments Committee of Cabinet on Saturday appointed Raj Kumar Goyal, an IAS officer of erstwhile J&K cadre, as Secretary, Department of Border Management, Ministry of Home Affairs. According to an order, a copy of which is in possession of news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Goyal has been posted as Secretary, Department of Border Management, MHA. Goyal is presently serving as Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department—(KNO)
